How do I open the box?

Carefully use a knife to open the box. Be sure to open the end with the sticker instructions on how to unpack your Sleepiphany.

Is this considered a foam mattress?

Yes, in fact there are five layers for you to configure and mix and match.

Can I use a knife to open the mattress?

It’s super easy to open your mattress! You don’t need a knife. Unroll the mattress by pulling the loose end of the plastic -- think plastic cling wrap. Once the mattress is flat, use the letter cutter provided to open the inner bag. Check out our video here.

What is the height of the mattress?

13 inches.

What type of foundation/box spring do I need?

The perfect fit for Sleepiphany is a platform bed. You can lay it straight on the floor or any traditional box spring. If you’re really into sleep comfort, put it on one of those fancy adjustable bases.

What size does the mattress come in and what are the dimensions?

Twin: 13 x 39 x 75
Twin XL: 13 x 39 x 80
Full: 13 x 54 x 75
Queen: 13 x 60 x 80
King: 13 x 76 x 80
Cal King: 13 x 72 x 84

Can I move the mattress after it’s set up?

Part of what makes Sleepiphany so unique is how simple it is to move. Simply take out all of the layers, fold the foam case in half like a taco shell, and move the mattress to a new room, van, or even large hatchback. We do not recommend moving your Sleepiphany mattress with an electric scooter.

What is that smell? Is that off-gassing?

No, it is not off-gassing. All of the foams are CertiPUR-US Certified, which means the mattresses are made without ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde, prohibited phthalates, and have low emissions. The foam may have a slight scent, but it is not from chemicals and will dissipate.

Does this mattress have any safety or environmental certifications?

No.

Can I wash the cover?

A mattress protector is the first line of defense for any mattress. We don’t recommend machine-washing the cover, but it can be spot-cleaned.

Does weather affect the mattress expanding?

Nope.

Does temperature affect the feel?

Possibly. If your room is cool, the mattress may have a slight firmness to it. As one sits or sleeps on it, it will become less firm.

Can I exchange my mattress?

No, and you don’t need to with our adjustable comfort platform. Give us a call if you’re not experiencing a Sleepiphany.

Shipping and Delivery

Does someone from Sleepiphany set up my bed or do I do it?

You can do it, because you are good enough, smart enough, and gosh darn it, people like you.

When can I expect to receive my mattress?

Most orders are shipped out within two days.

Who delivers?

FedEx delivers the mattress to your door.

Can I arrange for deliveries on specific days?

Not at this time.

Why do I need to sign for this?

We use FedEx to ship directly to your door which requires a signature. FedEx provides additional options for local pick-up at designated businesses possibly around you.

Warranty

What is the length of the warranty?

Your new Sleepiphany comes with a 10-year Limited Warranty. We are confident that you’ll love your Sleepiphany and the hundreds of comfort combinations. Is there a guarantee?

Sleepiphany provides its customers with a 120-night guarantee. Try it, change it up, or call us for comfort recipe suggestions. We want to work with you to find the comfort that works for you.

My inside cover is ripped, what do I do?

Oh no! Send us a photo and provide your personal information so we can contact you. Mistakes happen, and we’re sorry it happened to you.

How do I fix my zipper?
